CIBIL Score

The CIBIL Score is a three-digit numerical summary of your credit history derived using details from the ‘Accounts’ and ‘Enquiries’ sections of the CIBIL report and ranges from 300 to 900. The closer your score is to 900, the more likely your loan application will be approved.

A CIBIL score of over 700 points makes you eligible for preapproved loans and credit cards. You can instantly pull out your credit report online and check your credit score and rating.

How to improve your CIBIL Score?

Always pay your dues on time.

Monitor your co-signed, guaranteed, and joint accounts monthly.

Keep your balances low.

Apply new credit in moderation.

Maintain a healthy credit mix.

Review your credit history frequently throughout the year.

Title verification and Search reports
Scope of title verification

Full search :
For transactions such as sales and long-term rentals, we conduct a Full search over a period of 30 years or more. A full search finds and delves into all aspects of the property's history in question like flow, including ownership rights, encumbrances, and litigation status.

Limited search :
On the other hand, for transactions such as short leave and licenses, a limited search of 15 years should suffice. Its scope is limited to recent trading history, encumbrances, and disputes if any.
